Critical Term: Why are Black Mothers and Babies Dying? Documentary

Black parents and babies deserve better than the care they have been given. I was a featured expert to give context to the short but mighty documentary, Critical Term: Why are Black mothers and Babies Dying? The parents in this documentary share their raw, painful maternal health experiences AND share how they have created a village of support to have healthier outcomes. Don't look away. Bear witness, listen, support, and celebrate the doulas, midwives, and parents in this documentary that are taking action to improve perinatal health. The documentary also refers to work done at the Cook Center. This report can be read using this link.
